A moment to honor and celebrate Steve Jobs...

“You’ve got to find what you love. And that is as true for your work as it is for your lovers. Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on. So keep looking until you find it. Don’t settle.” --Steve Jobs

Hello lovelies.  I had been planning on launching a new Wednesday feature for this blog today, however due to the sad news I am postponing it until next week.   In the middle of writing my post this evening, I got the news along with all of you that Steve Jobs had lost his valiant battle with pancreatic cancer and passed on from this earthly plane at the young age of 56.  I've been a bit sad, teary-eyed and reflective, as I'm sure many of you may be.

But more than this...I am inspired and uplifted by what I am learning about this man's life.  He was a big thinker and doer, he didn't always follow the "rules"--->he went out into the world and forged his own path even if it didn't make sense to anyone else at the time.  He learned his lessons from every "success" and every "failure" in his life and was such an inspiration in so many ways.  He changed how we communicate and blazed the path for everyone and anyone who has a dream.  He LIVED BIG and he LIVED OUT LOUD. Let this be a lesson to us all...

Thank you, Steve for *living your I AM* and for sharing your creative visions with us....we are eternally grateful!
In remembrance, JessicaLove♥

  1. A beautiful post and very well spoken from your heart.... He has left a legacy of technology but more than that he has show us how to live and don't settle for less than what you love and what brings joy. We are all unique amazing and you don't have to be accepted by anyone BUT YOURSELF... LIVE THE DREAM AND MAKE IT BIG.
